ORDERING LECHON
We can also accept orders for lechon (roast pork),
balloon bouquets, balloon party decor,
children's party arrangements,and gift baskets
as well as wine to go with flowers for that special someone
in Cebu. To order lechon during peak season
(Christmas and other special holidays), please make your order at
least one (1) week before your preferred delivery

SPECIFYING FLOWER COLORS
To ensure that you get the flower colors that you
want, please send payments three (3) days before
the delivery date. Ritz reserves the right to use other decorative
accents, colors, flowers
or balloons that are better or the same in value
(depending on availability of stock) if your original choices are
not available. We give you our guarantee that replacements will always
be carefully chosen to complement the overall arrangement. Click

DELIVERY AREAS
Deliveries are free within Cebu City. For deliveries
outside the city, delivery charges will
be added to your total bill. Please note that helium-filled balloons
can only be delivered to addresses within Cebu City, Mandaue City,
Talisay City, Lapu-lapu City and the rest of Mactan Island. Click

DELIVERY SCHEDULES
All orders will be facilitated immediately upon confirmation of payment
received. All our credit card payments are SECURELY processed by 2CheckOut.com.
Credit card payments normally require between 24 to 48 hours
to process. This means your order will be delivered only after your
card has been verified and 2CheckOut.com has given us the go signal
to process the sale (deliveries are usually made the next working
day excluding Sundays). Orders paid for through Western Union or New
York Bay Philippines will be delivered immediately once payment is
received (normally 1-2 working days).
INFORMATION NEEDED
One of the quirks of Philippine postal addresses is that house numbers
do not follow any specific order. House number 714 can be located
right next to house number 32. Some houses have similar numbers, such
as 62-A and 62-B. Some houses may not have a number at all. To ensure
that your order gets to the right address on time, please provide
the recipient's telephone number if it is available. Please send the

message on your card (you can e-mail your message or
letter to us and we will gladly print it and send it with your
gift. Your letter or message will be kept confidential)

All
items ordered are final. No refunds will be given for cancellations
once an order has been processed. If the amount you send us is not
enough to cover the total for the item(s) ordered, Ritz reserves
the right to hold delivery until full payment is made*.
