Cebu Ritz Flowers and Balloons started out in the 1980's as one of the first balloon shops in Cebu City, Philippines. We were known then as Ritz Balloons and Party Needs and had branches in Quezon City, Paranaque, Makati and Cebu City. Back then, Ritz specialized in children's birthday parties, table and chair rentals, clown and magician services, and party catering services. Ritz was the very first balloon shop in Cebu to introduce balloon decor like balloon columns, balloon topiaries, balloon drops, balloon arches, balloon twisters and other exciting alternatives to corporate and individual customers alike who wanted a distinctive yet inexpensive way of adding more fun to their celebrations.

After many successful years of service, the Cebu business was passed on to new management. As the years passed, Ritz in Cebu has had more and more satisfied customers requesting for floral arrangements to be included in our range of services. We realized that we needed to adjust to our customers' changing needs to best serve them.

Ritz started offering florist's services several years ago, but we recently decided to change our name in order to reflect our additional services and make it easier for customers to find us. We are now known as Cebu Ritz Flowers and Balloons, but our dedication to customer satisfaction has not changed one bit.
