1. WHEN ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?
Cebu Ritz Flowers and Balloons is open from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Saturday.
2. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Ritz Flowers and Balloons processes all orders immediately upon confirmation of payment received. Credit card payments normally require between 24 to 48 hours to process. This means your order will be delivered only after your card has been verified and CCNow.com has given us the go signal to process the sale (deliveries are usually made the next working day excluding Sundays). Orders paid for through Western Union or New York Bay Philippines will be delivered immediately once payment is received (normally 1-2 working days).
3. CAN I REQUEST FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED AT A SPECIFIC TIME AND DATE?
If you have any specific delivery time or date requests, please be sure to let us know. Otherwise, your order will be delivered as soon as possible.
We are normally able to accomodate requests for delivery on specific dates, but please note that we do NOT guarantee delivery times. Deliveries will be made when we schedule them, regardless of requested delivery times or dates. Delivery for your orders will be made as close as possible to your requested delivery times, but because we serve a large area, we cannot guarantee that delivery will be made exactly on the time you specified. However, we will do our best to deliver at the requested time.
Ritz reserves the right to reschedule any deliveries without prior notice in the event of bad weather and other events beyond our control.
Ritz closes on these dates:
January 1 (New Year's Day)
April 8, 9 and 10 (Holy Week)
November 1 and 2 (All Souls' Day and All Saints' Day)
December 25 (Christmas Day)
No deliveries will be made on these dates. Deliveries which are due to fall on these dates will be delivered on the next working day.
4. I WANT TO MAKE A RUSH ORDER.
Ritz is committed to total customer satisfaction, and because we understand the value of time, we try to accomodate rush orders as much as possible. However, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times for rush orders. If you need assistance regarding an order, please send us an e-mail, and we'll see what we can do for you.
5. I CANCELLED MY ORDER AND WANT A REFUND.
Because of the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer returns once a sale has been processed. Any cancellations must be made before the order is processed. We will gladly refund your order IF the order has not been processed yet. If it becomes necessary to refund an order for any reason, any applicable bank fees, remittance fees, and other fees to third parties will be deducted from the total amount refundable. Furthermore, we will issue a refund only after the item in question is returned unopened and/or unconsumed in its original packaging and its original condition, and a request to cancel the order should be sent through email on or before the delivery date.
6. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
We charge the following fees for delivery to these areas:
- Cebu City Proper: $3.00
Delivery to all areas within city limits
- Rest of Metro Cebu : $10.00
Mandaue City and Talisay City

Lapulapu City: $13.00
Lapulapu City Proper

Rest of Mactan Island: $15.00
Maribago, Marigondon, Cordova, Catarman, and Punta Engaño

Cebu Province I : $18.00
Minglanilla, Liloan, and Consolacion

Cebu Province II : $20.00
Naga, San Fernando, Carcar, Compostela, Danao City, and Carmen

Other Cities: $18.00
Dipolog, Ozamis, Tagbilaran, Pagadian and Iloilo *
* deliveries to Dipolog, Ozamis, Tagbilaran, Pagadian and Iloilo are made through affiliate florists. We do not deliver balloons to these areas.
7. CAN YOU DELIVER BALLOONS TO OTHER AREAS?
Deliveries to Tagbilaran City, Ozamis City, Pagadian City and Dipolog City are made through affiliate flower shops. We do not deliver balloons to these areas.
8. I HAVE SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR MY ORDER.
As much as is possible, we try to accomodate any special instructions that you make for your order, but do not make any guarantees. For comments or suggestions, please send us an e-mail. We would love to hear from you!
